On March 8, Zendesk collaboratively held an event focusing on best customer service practices, tips and tricks, live demos, and other hacks that could help the audience empower growth in their customer service teams. 

Considering how tight our partnership with Zendesk is, with our tool being fully integrated and usable for Zendesk Agent Workspace customers, we decided to sponsor this event and highlight the importance of great customer experience to the world.

Customer intelligence is a business strategy that relies on analyzing customers, their needs and wants, in order to build a product or service people are actually missing. But despite the evident benefits of customer intelligence, many companies seem to underestimate it. 

We decided to take a look into the very definition of customer intelligence, the reasons why it is important, and the ways companies can leverage it to improve their customer experience.
